Job Description

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a Webster City, IA company hiring for experienced Machine Operators to join their team! Located in Webster City, IA (onsite)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 6:00am - 3:30pm (Overtime available)
Benefits:

Job Responsibilities:
Assemble and prepare Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs). Operate a sit down forklifts to safely move IBCs and materials throughout the facility. Load, unload, and transport finished products and components in and out of production areas. Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery to assemble IBCs while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Job Qualifications:
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have prior production/manufacturing experience.
Specific qualifications include:
Experience working with machinery, assembly equipment, or production line operations
REQUIRED.
Previous experience operating a sit-down forklift preferred. Ability to safely life, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
