This is a full-time, hands-on role in a clean manufacturing environment with opportunities to learn additional functions across quality and warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Read and follow customer-specific packaging requirements Clean, bag, label, and package finished products Wrap and protect parts using materials such as bubble wrap Assemble boxes and crates for shipment Create and apply shipping/product labels Enter shipment data into computer system Maintain a clean and organized work area Support additional departments as needed, including quality and shipping/receiving Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Ability to stand for extended periods Basic computer skills (Windows and Microsoft Office) Ability to read shop drawings and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) Ability to perform basic math calculations High School Diploma or GED 1+ yrs experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing plastic parts Experience working in a clean or controlled environment is a plus Forklift experience is a plus (not required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work well in a team environment Willingness to work overtime
Pay & Schedule Starting Pay:
$18•21/hour + depending on experience (DOE)
Schedule:
Monday•Friday 7:30 a.m.•4:30 p.m. +
Occasional OT Pay Details:
