Job Summary:

The Lead Bindery Operator is responsible for providing finishing services for press and copier projects in compliance with job specifications and company quality standards. The Bindery Operator follows the workload schedule to meet the customer deadlines. The Bindery Operator also performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on all bindery equipment to ensure optimum output and works closely with other staff members to exceed customer satisfaction and service expectations. The Lead Bindery Operator is a member of the production team and accountable for: Meeting the department production and quality goals. Playing a key role in meeting the company wide profitability and customer satisfaction goals by providing guaranteed satisfaction and value to our customers.
