Job Description

The crew at Seekins Precision is searching for a Machine Operator I (CNC Operator). If you have no experience, we may consider you for an Assistant Operator job that may work into a Machine Operator position. As an Operator, you will be part of a team responsible for operating CNC machines that manufacture quality, high volume parts in a safe and productive manner. Here are some examples of what you will get to do: Identify and prepare raw material Safely operate metal cutting saws Operate CNC mills and lathes Load and unload multiple fixture components Use inspection prints to determine dimensions and tolerances Check parts with various measuring tools Use production tracking software Perform basic machine operational maintenance Lift and move 25 lbs regularly Benefits Company paid health and dental insurance for employees Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) - Own a piece of the company!
