Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience required.
Forklift experience preferred; must obtain certification within 45 days of hire.
Mechanically inclined with basic math and computer skills.
Ability to read and follow written instructions and production specifications.
Comfortable working around chemicals, strong odors, and industrial equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

This position involves operating manufacturing equipment, handling chemical materials, and ensuring products meet safety and quality standards.
