Job description: Axel Assembly - Production Line Axel Plant | Temp-to-Hire | $22.50/hr Summary The Axel Assembly Laborer reports to a supervisor and assembles components according to product specifications. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with Gem State Staffing-Nampa. Essential Functions Study assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists; gather parts, tools, and materials Position and assemble components using templates or measurements; ensure correct fit and fastening Resolve assembly issues; notify supervisor when additional resources are needed Perform preventive maintenance and maintain supply inventory Communicate daily with supervisor regarding potential issues Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety procedures Contribute to team goals through quality, timely work; perform other duties as assigned Requirements Ability to use hand tools and follow documented procedures Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality/productivity standards Able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Clear oral and written communication skills Willing to work overtime as needed Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Physical Demands & Working Conditions Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the shift May lift/move items over 50 pounds; requires close, distance, color, and peripheral vision Work environment may be hot or cold, loud, and busy with frequent interruptions Peak periods may require extended hours to meet customer demand Schedule Full-time | Monday-Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM (40 hours/week). Overtime as needed. No travel required.
