Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking dependable Assembly Operators to join a manufacturing team in Addison, IL. The company manufactures specialized metal products and components used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including products designed for commercial and industrial applications. This position is ideal for candidates with assembly or manufacturing experience who take pride in producing quality products and following detailed instructions. Job Responsibilities Assemble components and products according to written instructions and specifications. Read and follow drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions. Use basic measurements and math to ensure accurate assembly. Inspect finished products and components for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow production procedures and all required safety guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read and understand drawings, diagrams, and written instructions. Basic math skills, including measurements, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and management direction. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when required. Ability to stand, walk, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Ability to visually inspect products and components.
