2:30 PM-1:00 AM Job Summary We are hiring Assembly Operators for a manufacturing facility in Addison, IL. The company produces specialized metal products and components used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for commercial and industrial applications. Job Responsibilities Assemble metal components and products according to work instructions and specifications. Read and follow technical drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions. Perform basic measurements and calculations to ensure accuracy. Inspect components and finished products for quality. Keep the workstation clean, organized, and safe. Follow established production processes and safety procedures. Communicate with team members and supervisors to support daily production goals. Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read and understand drawings, diagrams, and written instructions. Basic math skills, including measurements, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and management direction. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when required. Ability to stand, walk, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Ability to visually inspect products and components.
