The ideal candidate has good attention to detail, follows safety procedures, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Entry Level Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Operate 3-4 Wabash 170-ton presses by loading materials and cycling machines. Remove finished parts from presses and inspect products for quality and defects. Handle materials manually or with an overhead hoist as needed. Monitor press operations to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area. Participate in cross-training opportunities to operate larger presses based on performance.

Entry Level Machine Operator Requirements:

Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills. Ability to handle materials and perform repetitive tasks. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn new equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
