Job Description Forge Machine Operator Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM | $18.00/hr Forge Machine Operator Requirements Previous manufacturing experience Eageneress to learn, willing to train Prior machine operator experience in a production environment Ability to work in a hot environment Strong attendance and punctuality Experience working with metal parts, forging, or heat treat processes Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail About the Forge Machine Operator Role As a Forge Machine Operator , your responsibilities will include: Set up and operate forging machines such as hammers and presses to shape heated metal parts Operate furnaces to heat metal stock for forging processes Position and load metal materials into machines safely and accurately Remove, clean, and prepare forged parts for the next stage of production Grind, cut, and finish metal components to meet specifications Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency Change dies and assist with machine adjustments as needed Maintain safety standards while working in high-heat production environments Support heat treat department operations and workflow Why Work With Crown Staffing
