This individual will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, maintaining product quality, and supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $27.98/hour Full-time schedule Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Located in Bedford Park, IL Duties and Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently Follow production procedures, work instructions, and safety policies Monitor machine operation and product quality Identify and report machine or production issues Perform basic machine adjustments as required Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain accurate production records and documentation Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet production and quality expectations Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to safely operate production equipment Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong teamwork and communication skills Commitment to workplace safety — (Salary range based on experience) —
