Machine Operator Trainer - 1st Shift West Liberty Foods United States, Illinois, Bolingbrook 750 South Schmidt Road (Show on map) Oct 20, 2026 The trainer will be designated as a specialist for a specific machine within their designated area. Trainers will be responsible for onboarding and training all new operators, as well as cross-training existing operators, on their assigned equipment. Identified Focus Areas Slicer

Multivac / WePack Minimum of 6 months of experience in the Machine Operator role.

Strong attendance history (no more than 3 attendance points).

No active disciplinary write-ups on file.

Flexibility to work across both 1st and 2nd shifts as business needs require.
