Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking two dependable 1st Shift Operators to join our team at our Bolingbrook location. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle heavy and bulky products in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate and assist with daily production or warehouse activities. Lift and move large, heavy items weighing up to 50 lbs. Stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Use basic computer systems to complete job-related tasks. Maintain a steady and efficient work pace while meeting productivity expectations. Follow workplace safety procedures and instructions.

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently, as required. Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent productivity.
