In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting production machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
Safely start up, operate, monitor, and shut down production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Quality Control:
Regularly inspect products and equipment outputs to ensure they meet strict quality standards and specifications; identify and address defects quickly.
Troubleshooting & Process Improvement:
Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues, and collaborate with team members on process improvements.
Sanitation & Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning, equipment upkeep, and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and sanitary workspace.
Documentation & Safety:
Maintain accurate production logs, follow all company safety guidelines, and comply with OSHA and workplace safety regulations.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with shift supervisors, maintenance technicians, and fellow operators to hit daily production goals.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods. Abilit to lift and carry materials/products components as required by the production floor. Comfortable working in a standard industrial/manufacturing environment.
Schedule:
Full-Time Weekend Shift:
Friday - Sunday 6a.m. - 7:30a.m.
Pay Rate:
$19.05/hr.
Pay:
$19.05 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
