RESPONSIBILITIES

include but not limited to: Pre-operation inspection (overhead crane, coolant, oil and water levels, tooling condition). Record fluid rations on the Chart for Lubrication Location Points form. Identify, transport material for grinding job per order. Machine set-up (i.e. grinding and polishing wheels, guides and blades). Monitor the production process. Periodic quality control checks using a slide micrometer. Ensure accurate, timely and legible completion of the Statistical Process Control (SPC) Charts.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must pass drug screening. Prior machine operating experience preferably in metal industry. Reliable Able to communicate clearly Work effectively with others. Physically able to stand, and walk constantly, occasionally reach above shoulder height and have the ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds frequently. Familiarity with math, weight, and measurement, including fractions and decimals Able to read and understand conversion tables.
