Shift:

4:30 PM - 3:00 AM (Monday to Thursday) SMS Staffing is looking for experienced Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team near Columbia, IL! If you have at least 6 months of machine operating experience , this is your chance to put your skills to work, earn competitive pay, and enjoy a schedule that gives you Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off! Requirements for the Machine Operator role:

• Set up, calibrate, operate, and monitor production machinery
• Fill, seal, and package liquid products with accuracy
• Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, diagnose and basic troubleshooting
• Conduct quality checks to ensure proper fill levels and product quality
• Use hand tools and measuring instruments as needed
• Maintain production records and follow work instructions
• Lift to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally 100+ lbs with assistance) Qualifications for the Machine Operator role:
• At least 6 months machine operator experience required
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on role
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
