Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain inventory of raw materials and finished coating products Assist with material requests to ensure uninterrupted production Follow written formulas and work instructions with strict accuracy Complete batch records documenting all mixing activity Lift, weigh, and measure powders and liquids to produce solvent-based adhesives and coatings Maintain the cleanliness of mixers, pumps, dispensers, scales, lines, and mixing areas Support coater operation and equipment cleaning as needed Monitor equipment controls, safety guards, and stops; report issues immediately Notify engineering or supervision of any process or equipment concerns Utilize the MRP system to access instructions and record production data, scrap, and run time Complete additional duties as assigned You take initiative. Minimum age of 18 and ability to pass pre-employment reading and ruler assessments Mechanical aptitude and at least 6 months of experience with lamination, coating, press, or similar machinery Prior experience mixing adhesives, inks, or coatings required Ability to accurately measure to 1/16 of an inch using a ruler or tape measure Strong math skills involving whole numbers, fractions, and decimals Physically capable of lifting up to 65 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, kneel, and lift throughout the entire shift Ability to tolerate chemicals and occasional strong odors Why This Opportunity?
