• 22/hour Job Description You will load and unload machines, handle materials, and use hand and power tools while working safely.

The position offers structured training, cross-training across multiple areas, and a clear pathway for advancement into higher-level machine operator roles. Responsibilities

+ Load and unload machines with raw materials and finished products in a safe and efficient manner.

+ Handle materials throughout the production process, including using overhead cranes, forklifts, jib hoists

+ Monitor machines during operation to ensure products move correctly through each stage of the process and meet quality expectations.

+ Use hand and power tools to support production, maintenance, and general shop activities as required.

+ Clean quench tanks and maintain a clean, organized work area to support safe and efficient operations. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Crystal Lake, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00
