•$47,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM

•4 PM education: High School Responsibilities The Sort Machine Operator will operate multiple machines to sort product meeting customer requirements. Ensures product is free of mixtures and defects by performing the following duties: Primary Responsibilities Starts machine and performs daily checks to detect malfunctions of machine. Reports malfunction to supervisor. Performs daily preventive maintenance and simple setups to ensure good operation of machines. Perform red rabbits (Camera Verification) after each machine changeover Label finished goods. Prepares product to ship free of mixtures and product defects Weigh and check finished goods Maintains a safe, clean/sanitized and organized work environment always. Performance to comply with all company Procedures, Policies, Work Instructions, knowledge of internal and external requirements. Assist in making improvements to the overall business using ITW operating principles.
