This position is ideal for candidates with assembly or production experience who are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities Follow written and verbal work instructions to assemble components accurately Perform assembly duties including de-paneling, component insertion, part placement, and pre-forming parts Use hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, and other assembly equipment Enter production information using scanners and keyboards in the Tango system Inspect materials and finished products for quality issues Report defects, damaged materials, or production concerns to supervisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support additional production and assembly tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write, and understand English 2-3 years of assembly, manufacturing, or production experience Basic computer skills Basic math skills Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods throughout the shift Lift and carry up to 35 pounds Frequently bend, stoop, squat, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements Work in a manufacturing or production environment
