  • is hiring a Machine Operator to run our finishing room in Frankfort, IL. Every tool we make passes through this department. You'll operate and maintain the vibratory finishing machines, water system, and parts dryer that give our tools their finish. This isn't one spot on a long line. It's your room, your machines, your daily workflow

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Operate and maintain the vibratory finishers, water system, parts dryer, and support equipment
  • Load, monitor, and unload parts; move baskets and pallets with a forklift and pallet jack
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and report anything that needs repair
  • Check quality against our standards and log daily production
  • Coordinate the day's workflow so parts keep moving
THE HONEST PART
The finishing room is loud (we provide hearing protection and PPE), you'll lift up to 55 lbs, and like any open warehouse it's hot in summer and cold in winter. If you're mechanically inclined and would rather spend your day with machines than meetings, this is a good room to be in.
