Job Description

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing process by accurately setting up machines, troubleshooting minor issues, and supporting continuous production flow. Experience in machine setup and operation within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of machine tools and equipment, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in performing quality inspections and using measurement tools to ensure product accuracy. Familiarity with safety standards and the ability to maintain a safe working environment. Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve machine issues efficiently.
WE VALUE
High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in machine setup or manufacturing operations. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills related to machine operation and maintenance.
