Pay Rate:
$22.50/hr- 2 Positions
- 3rd Shift
MUST BE US CITIZEN
As a Machine Setup Operator Level 1 here at Client, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for servicing and operating machines, ensuring that they are running efficiently and producing high-quality products. Your attention to detail and technical skills will contribute to the success of our production operations and the overall growth of our business. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Freeport, IL location in person daily. In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by:- servicing and operating machines according to specifications and production requirements
- Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal output
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards
- Assisting with troubleshooting machine issues and performing routine maintenance tasks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service and operate machines according to specifications and production requirements
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent

Education Requirement Policy :
New Education Requirement Policy effective September 1, 2024:- HS Diploma/GED requirement for B0 roles in the US across all SBGs will be transitioned from "Must Have" to "We Value"
