The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling order picking, shipping, and receiving tasks within our warehouse environment. This role requires manual handling and operation of cherry pickers to ensure accurate and timely processing of goods. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, accuracy, and productivity in a fast-paced setting. Duties Operate cherry pickers safely and efficiently to access high or hard-to-reach storage areas. Pick and pack orders accurately according to specifications, ensuring correct quantities and product types. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading goods with manual handling techniques. Maintain organized storage areas by placing items in designated locations following company procedures. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues. Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during operation and manual handling tasks. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and ensure smooth warehouse operations. Qualifications Valid cherry picker or forklift license is preferred; relevant certification is a plus. Prior experience operating cherry pickers or similar equipment in a warehouse setting is advantageous. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail for order picking accuracy. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
