Adecco is hiring an Operator II for a Client located in
Gurnee, IL Title:

Gurnee, IL Schedule:
12 hours (6:45pm - 7am)
Type:
Temp-to-Hire Payrate:
$19.86-$33.00/hour, depending on experience. Advanced operator that can be assigned to any work center in the facility and successfully operate the equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
(Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to the following): Perform the duties of the Operator positions which include but not limited to: o Visually monitor the molding process to ensure proper procedure, pack parts from injection molding and assembly machines and inspect general product quality and packaging to ensure they meet specifications. o Lift and carry totes, and pack in accordance with either weight or count.
  • Ability to change and stock materials at the machine (bags, daily supplies, etc.).
  • Employee will work in concert with the OperatorIII ensuring safe and efficient production.
  • Employee will read, comprehend, and maintain the operating policies and procedures of the Company as well as the requirements specified by FDA, OSHA, and other governmental agencies.
  • Employee will read and comprehend instructions and written procedures.
  • Supports all company safety and quality programs and initiatives.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as needed, based on the evolution of the company and the requirements of the department/position.
Job Specifications:
The minimum education and experience required to perform this job competently.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role in a similar industry/environment.
  • Must have familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices as well as all current Work Instructions and Product Specifications.
  • Ability to lift equal to or under 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to read and write English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Experience in the use of scale, tape gun and pallet jack.
  • Must be proficient with the use of computer including SAP and Microsoft Outlook.
Hours ONSITE Rotating Continental Shift Nights 6:45pm-7:00am Orientation Monday Morning Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay Details:
