$19.78 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Run the Line, Own the Grind, Get Paid Right Like working with your hands and keeping things moving? As a Machine Operator, you'll run the gear, keep the line alive, and take home steady pay with solid benefits.

Requirements:

Strong CNC machining and machine setup experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T callouts, and technical drawings Experience editing G-code at the machine Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Leadership or training experience preferred Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment

Job Duties:

Perform advanced machine setups, tool changes, and machine adjustments Read, interpret, and edit CNC programs to maintain part quality and tolerances Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment Troubleshoot machine and production issues to minimize downtime and scrap Train and mentor machine operators and entry-level employees Operate equipment across multiple departments as needed Maintain quality standards and complete required documentation Assist with general production and assembly tasks as required "Really good at finding you a site to work at, Recruiters are amazing - they will literally set you up for success."
