Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math and measurement skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work around manufacturing equipment throughout the shift Ability to wear required

Job Duties:

Set up, operate, and monitor production and packaging equipment Measure, blend, package, and label products according to specifications Perform quality checks to ensure product consistency and compliance Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily goals Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance issues Complete production records and batch documentation accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP and safety standards Assist with material handling, palletizing, packaging, and general warehouse duties Support team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Follow all company safety policies and procedures "They give you exposure to great jobs you never knew existed"•Machine Operator, Staffmark Your next shift could be your best one yet.
