Machine Operator (Weekend Shift)

You will be responsible for setting up the proper tooling needed in the thermoforming machines and operating the machines per job specifications. Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. You will take pride in your personal hands-on and analytical abilities, organization skills, and attention to detail. Currently we are looking to hire for our weekend day and night shift

• Friday through Sunday, every other Thursday 6am
• 6pm ($1 shift differential) 6pm
• 6am ($2 shift differential) What we offer you?

Benefits starting the first of the month after your start date Bi-weekly paychecks $1000 referral bonus $1000 retention bonus Day to day responsibilities include: Sets up thermoforming machines for operation per job specifications. Mounts dies and molds and loads rolls of raw materials into the machine. Engages machine to produce thermoformed parts and maintains continuous operation. Performs troubleshooting and quality control checks. Performs routine maintenance on thermoforming machines. Completes required job tickets. Works with Packer/Inspectors to resolve any quality issues as needed. Directs Packers/Inspectors to work in other areas when machine is down for troubleshooting or set up. Maintains a safe, clean and organized work area. Performs other work duties or functions as assigned This position is in our pristine, temperature controlled Plastics facility in beautiful Huntley, IL High school Diploma or equivalent 6 months set up operator experience One

• year previous production line experience preferred
