NOW HIRING

: Machine Operators 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift available $19-$25/hour Responsibilities

+ Review and follow batch tickets and production instructions to assemble batches accurately, ensuring all ingredients and quantities meet specification.

+ Read and verify labels on raw materials to confirm correct lot numbers, product types, and usage before adding them to batches.

+ Maintain strict adherence to food safety and GMP standards throughout all production activities, including handling ingredients, operating equipment, and documenting processes.

+ Monitor equipment during operation, checking temperatures, pressures, and other process parameters, and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and consistency.

+ Ensure finished products meet quantity, quality, and labeling requirements, including correct packaging, product identification, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

+ Safely lift and move raw materials and finished products, including 50 lb boxes and 25-30 lb containers, using proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment such as hand trucks and dollies.

+ Wear required personal protective equipment and follow dress code policies, including steel-toe shoes, hair nets, and restrictions on jewelry, to maintain a safe and compliant environment.

+ Identify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality deviations promptly to ensure continuous improvement and reliable operations.

+ Follow all documented procedures for production, cleaning, and sanitation, and complete any required logs or documentation accurately and on time. Essential Skills

+ Experience operating machinery in a production or manufacturing environment, with the ability to learn and work with unique spray-dry equipment.

+ Comfort working in a team environment and consistently adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice ( GMP ) standards.

+ Strong attention to detail, including accurately reading labels on raw materials and following batch tickets and formulations.

+ Ability to follow safety procedures and work safely around production equipment, cleaning chemicals, and material handling tools.

+ Capability to lift and move 50 lb boxes and 25-30 lb containers repeatedly during a shift using proper lifting techniques.

+ Willingness to work 2nd shift (approximately 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm) or 3rd shift (10:00 pm - 6:00 am), as needed.
