As soon as selected and cleared From the Desk of the Recruiter I want to be clear about this role so the right person applies. Kelly Services is hiring for a computerized embroidery production and quality-inspection position in the Bourbonnais area . This role is for someone who is comfortable working with a computer, paying attention to small details, and staying steady in a hands-on production environment. You will be trained on the computerized sewing/embroidery equipment, but you must already be comfortable learning computer-based processes, following instructions, checking quality, and moving between departments when help is needed. This is not a role for someone who wants to rush through product without checking the work. The right person will be patient, dependable, accurate, and willing to support the team wherever production needs help. If you prove yourself through strong attendance, quality work, and a good attitude, this can become a strong path toward longer-term or permanent employment.
