Location:

Lake Bluff, Illinois General Laborer - assists warehouse, fabrication, or installation teams by prepparing insulation materials, loading and unloading trucks manually, and operating very basic equipment

Key Responsibilities Material Handling:

Load, unload, and move insulation packages, supplies, and tools weighing up to 50 pounds.

Fabrication & Cutting:

Measure and cut specialized insulation materials (fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite) using saws, knives, or specialized shop equipment.

Warehouse Support:

Organize inventory, maintain stock areas, and support shipping and receiving tasks.

Site & Equipment Safety :

Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and material-handling equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts if certified).

Housekeeping:

Keep the work area, warehouse floor, or job site clean, hazard-free, and organized daily.
