Job Description
Job Summary Are you looking for a position within a growing company that will provide on the job training and opportunities for advancement? Our products are a safe, effective, and simple-to-use alternative that can be used in a wider range of law-enforcement situations than any other product on the market. We are seeking skilled Assemblers to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery within our facility and ensuring production efficiency and quality standards are met. These roles require attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Pay Rate:
$17 / hour; 3rd Shift premium of $2.00 additional Shift Times - All shifts have possibility of OT 1stShift:
6:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday 2ndShift:
2:00pm to 10:00pm Monday through Friday 3rdShift:
10:00pm Monday to 6:00am Saturday Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions Perform visual quality control inspections, follow reporting and record keeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor Package products to meet high quality standards Must be willing to work in a clean room using a full containment suit; a dry power will be worked with Lift materials weighing up to 50lbs Comply with all safety and health regulations Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must have Assembly or Machine Operator Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred Bilingual is a plus Basic understanding of production and plant processes; Experience with assembly processes and quality control measures is beneficial Must be detail-oriented Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement Ability to follow written and oral instructions Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision Ability to lift 40lbs, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time Additional Requirements Must pass physical with lifting and breathing apparatus requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and pass E-Verify employment eligibility verification 1st shift training may occur after hire.
