Competitive pay based on experience Job Summary Lake Book is seeking an experienced Bindery Operator to operate and maintain bindery equipment, including binders, flat cutters and folding machines, to produce high-quality books and printed materials. Responsibilities Operate binders, flat cutters, folders, collators, stitchers, and other finishing equipment Set up production runs and perform routine maintenance Inspect finished products for proper trimming, folding, and binding Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues Prepare materials and maintain accurate production records Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines Qualifications Experience in bindery operations, printing, or book manufacturing Hands-on experience with flat cutter and folding operations Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Ability to read production instructions and diagrams Physical stamina for standing and handling materials Strong communication skills and teamwork Flexible to work various shifts if required Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Skill development and career growth opportunities Stable, full-time employment in a growing company
