Monday-Friday Job Description:

Food manufacturing company is seeking Temp-to-Hire 3rd Shift Packaging Machine Operators to work in Melrose Park, IL.

Job responsibilities include:

1. Setup machines, conduct basic troubleshooting, loading, films, settings, monitors to assure all is running efficiently. 2. Operate and maintain the packaging and production machines. 3. Monitor and assist with equipment upstream/downstream to ensure continuous operation. 4. Follow packaging schedule, quality control and sanitation procedures concerning, weights, packs, descriptions, Best Buy dates, cleanup and changeovers 5. Ability to clean machines and work area properly during and after production runs or changeovers 6. Responsible for reporting all food safety and quality issues to supervisor 7. Follow supervisor's directives and be able to support the shift team as needed.

Experience needed for the role:
