Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Technician to join our 1 Corp Team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and operating embroidery machines to ensure high-quality production standards. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless creation of custom embroidered products, supporting our commitment to excellence and efficiency. Responsibilities Operate and oversee embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered designs on various garments and textiles. Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting on embroidery equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Inspect/Trim finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to design specifications. Collaborate with the production team to meet goals. Assist in setting up embroidery designs, calibrating machines for different fabric types, and changing out thread colors or needles as needed. Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. This job is fast paced & requires employees to be on their feet and active the full duration of the shift- wear your sneakers! Experience Experience is preferred but not required. On the job training will be provided!

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
