1st Shift Jobs RUs.com is seeking a reliable and safety-focused entry level Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Aurora, IL. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform machine startups, shutdowns, color changes, and formula adjustments as needed. Monitor equipment performance, respond to machine alarms, and troubleshoot operational issues. Training is available. Load and refill production materials, including lifting up to 30lbs. Inspect finished products using tools such as calipers, measuring tape, and digital scales. Record production and quality data using basic computer systems. Band and prepare finished goods for shipment. Reprocess defective materials for reuse.
