This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates who are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training is available.

Training/Orientation:
9:00 AM Responsibilities Perform machine startups, shutdowns, color changes, and formula adjustments as needed. Monitor equipment performance, respond to machine alarms, and troubleshoot basic operational issues. Load and refill production materials, including lifting up to 30 lbs. Inspect finished products using calipers, measuring tape, digital scales, and other measuring tools. Record production and quality information using basic computer systems. Band and prepare finished goods for shipment. Reprocess defective materials for reuse when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives. Report production issues, equipment concerns, and safety hazards appropriately. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing experience preferred; candidates with a strong, consistent work history are encouraged to apply. Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Basic computer and data-entry skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC/machine operations. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment. Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
