AM Job Duties:

Inspect paper materials to ensure readiness for production Notify machine operators of defective or damaged paper Assist with machine setup for various roll sizes, weights, and diameters Feed paper into machines and support production flow Troubleshoot paper handling issues as needed Monitor machine operations to maintain quality standards Follow all safety procedures and keep work area clean Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or machine operation experience preferred Strong attention to detail Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Basic math skills for measuring and setup Ability to safely work around machinery and equipment Reliable attendance and willingness to learn
