What You'll Do As a Technical Assembly Operator, you'll work as part of a production team manufacturing high-volume, precision components for industrial and automotive applications. This is more than basic assembly. You'll be trained to operate and monitor automated and semi-automated equipment, perform quality checks, recognize process concerns, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment Assemble precision products according to established work instructions Load, unload, and monitor equipment throughout the production process Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Learn to operate production testing and inspection equipment Accurately record production and quality information Rotate between workstations within the production cell Recognize equipment, process, or quality concerns and communicate them to the appropriate team member Meet production goals while maintaining strong quality standards Follow established safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work with teammates and technical support personnel to solve problems and keep production moving We're Looking for Someone Who Has dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Enjoys hands-on work and learning how equipment operates Is comfortable working with automated and semi-automated technology Pays attention to detail Takes pride in producing high-quality products Can follow established processes and work instructions Works well independently and as part of a team Can stand for extended periods during the shift Can read and follow written and verbal instructions Is willing to learn multiple jobs and production processes Is committed to working safely every day Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Basic reading, writing, and math skills Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred Previous automated equipment experience is helpful We provide training for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Technical training, vocational education, manufacturing certifications, or college coursework may qualify candidates for additional technical opportunities.
