Role:

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working as part of a team, following standardized procedures, maintaining quality, and performing repetitive physical tasks on an assembly line. Key Responsibilities Assemble and attach automotive components on an assembly line in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Read and follow written assembly instructions, safety guidelines, and procedure manuals. Perform basic routine equipment checks and cleaning to support continuous operations. Conduct quality inspections and identify, report, or escalate defective parts and irregularities. Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain production flow and meet daily goals. Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred. At least 6 months of consistent work experience preferred. Experience in manufacturing, automotive, retail, food service, warehouse, or similar environments is a plus. Strong understanding of basic workplace safety practices. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Strong attention to quality and detail. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn new processes and develop within the organization. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to climb steps. Ability to perform repetitive bending, reaching, kneeling, standing, and other physical activities. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
