Full-Time Overview:

SIG/Scholle IPN is hiring experienced Injection Molding Operators to run lamination and slitting equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should have hands-on experience, strong mechanical skills, and attention to quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor lamination and slitting machines Perform machine setups, startups, shutdowns, and product changeovers Adjust temperature, pressure, speed, and alignment Inspect materials for defects and ensure quality standards Troubleshoot basic machine issues and perform minor repairs Load/unload materials using hoists or forklifts Complete production and quality documentation Follow all safety and LOTO procedures Meet production quotas and output rates

Requirements:

2-4 years of lamination/slitting or related manufacturing experience Experience with adhesive and/or thermal lamination Knowledge of plastic films, paper, foil, or similar materials High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet

Work Environment:
