- we take care of our people Key responsibilities include: Assembling elevator components according to blueprints and SOPs Using hand and power tools safely and effectively Performing visual quality checks to ensure product integrity Troubleshooting assembly issues to improve efficiency Operating special tooling and lifting devices as needed Moving completed assemblies to shipping without damage Communicating with teammates and supporting other shifts Keeping your workspace clean and organized Participating in training and cross-training as needed
