$22.00-$35.00 per hour

Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Job Responsibilities Read and understand job tickets and quality control instructions in English. Perform routine setup tasks on MBO or Hunkeler folding lines, including roll-to-sheet and folded product setups. Set up and operate product counters and glue systems. Configure basic paper transport paths and simple attachments (e.g., single plow folds and basic card attachments). Set up hot-melt glue systems for lines, elongated dots, and dot patterns according to job specifications. Set up multi-feed units to feed carriers and attached components using standardized formats. Work closely with operators, feeders, and catchers to ensure proper loading, production, and packaging of products. Meet or exceed production goals while maintaining quality standards. Perform equipment repairs when replacement parts are available. Understand machine operations and production processes. Train setup personnel on new equipment and procedures as needed. Conduct preventive maintenance and identify equipment requiring repair. Safely start and stop machinery, including emergency stop procedures. Safely clear machine jams without causing injury or equipment damage. Properly power equipment on and off following safety procedures. Identify the correct glue required for each job and maintain glue tank levels. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and maintenance personnel.
