Job Description
Openings for Operators on 2nd shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and operate grinding and roll threading equipment following established procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance on roll threading machines and grinders.
- Grind materials as needed for production
- Maintain safety with roll threaders and grinders.
- Load materials and run machines to produce parts that meet required specifications
- Inspect parts throughout production using tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Document production activity, quality checks, and machine performance in the system
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and support maintenance as needed
REQUIRED
- High school diploma or GED with 1-3 years of experience operating manufacturing equipment
- 1+ year of experience working with machining or metalworking processes such as grinding or threading
- 1+ year of experience using measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, or gauges
- Basic computer skills with 1+ year of experience entering production or quality data
PREFERRED
- Experience operating roll threading or grinding equipment
- Familiarity with ERP systems for production tracking
- Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Exposure to lean manufacturing or 5S practices #CP101
Pay:
$20.00- $28.
