We need an experienced Press Setup Operator for Upright Presses to work the 1st shift, 5am to 3:30pm. Pay starts at $21/hr and may increase with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and run high-speed progressive dies Collaborate with team members Apply mechanical knowledge of high-speed stamping presses Troubleshoot equipment issues Measure components with micrometers, depth micrometers, and dial calipers Lift up to 60 lbs as needed Operate Minter's PMC System and Wintriss Smartpac Operate overhead cranes or learn to do so Operate forklift or obtain certification Familiarize with Minster P2H-160 stamping presses (preferred)

Qualifications:

Experience running and setting up high-speed progressive dies Strong mechanical knowledge of high-speed stamping presses Good troubleshooting skills Ability to read 0-1" micrometer, 0-1" depth micrometer, 0-6" dial caliper Able to lift up to 60 lbs Capable of using Minter's PMC System and Wintriss Smartpac Ability to run overhead cranes, or ability to learn Current forklift certification, or ability to earn one Knowledge of Minster P2H-160 stamping presses (plus)

You have experience setting up high-speed progressive dies. You can operate Minter's PMC System and Wintriss Smartpac. You are physically able to lift 60-lb loads
