This position supports filler, labeling, batching, and other operational activities to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities and tasks The Filler Floater is a flexible production support role responsible for packaging final product and assisting with various production-related tasks as needed. This position supports filler, labeling, batching, and other operational activities to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your profile and qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required Forklift certification is highly preferred Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Be familiar with procedures such as lock-out/tag-out, confined space, HAZMAT, forklift safety and various other safety measures Be familiar with operating procedures for conveyors, scales, hoists, meters, etc. The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $22 - $28 per hour. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States. The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
