Job Description Machine Operator - Coiling (West) | Coiling Department Monday-Thursday | 6AM-4:30PM | $17.50/Hour Machine Operator - Coiling Requirements Ability to read, perform simple math, and use basic handheld measuring tools. Ability to use gauges to measure inner (ID) and outer (OD) diameters. Ability to perform repetitive hand movements, bend and twist conduit, and lift, carry, move, push, or pull materials weighing 10-75 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods. Willingness to receive frequent supervision and assistance with machine setup. Ability to work overtime. A good command of English is beneficial for advancement. About the Machine Operator - Coiling Role As a Machine Operator in the Coiling Department, your responsibilities will include: Operate or assist with operating machines in the Coiling Department. Use gauges and measuring tools to check product dimensions. Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the setup person or lead person. Solder cores and rework products as needed. Cut, break, and trim conduit ends using cutting tools. Learn and use basic machine functions to perform assigned tasks. Maintain a clean, orderly work area and equipment. Follow safety regulations and company policies. Operate the time and attendance system. Perform other work-related duties as assigned. Apply Now!
