Multi-Spindle Screw Machine Operators Pay Range:

$20-$35/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate multiple spindle screw machines to produce precision parts
• Load bar stock and monitor machine cycles during production
• Adjust tooling and machine settings to maintain part quality and efficiency
• Monitor tool wear and replace or reset tools as needed
• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Complete production documentation and submit parts for final inspection
• Maintain equipment, fluids, and work areas in accordance with 5S standards
• Follow all safety policies and report equipment or quality issues promptly
