Job Description

We are seeking an Assembly Worker to become an integral part of our team! You will perform varied production tasks under the close supervision of the Supervisor and/or Lead person. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to, Forming, assembling, and packaging of our products. Monitor work visually and dimensionally referring to blueprints, engineering specifications, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings. May require use of various tools and equipment including, but not limited to hand tools, soldering equipment, hand trucks, assembly and test equipment. Follow all quality procedures and instructions. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Follow all safety procedures. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be able to follow directions, both verbal and written multi-step directions for semi-complex tasks. Visual acuity and hand dexterity to package and assemble a variety of materials is required. For selected tasks, color and depth perception may be required. Ability to perform routine computer data entry and queries is required. Able to work effectively in a team environment. Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude preferred. Basic math and measuring skills are required. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to frequently push and pull up to 50 lbs. May require prolonged standing and/or sitting during a shift (8-10 hours) with frequent reaching, pulling, and bending.
Work Environment:
Temperature controlled work area. May be humidity, noise, odors, or dust. Possible exposure to chemical and mechanical hazards. Pay will commensurate based on experience and skills.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
