Shift:

2:30- 11:00

PM Pay:

Weekly pay, starting level wage of $19.60 + new production bonus opportunity to earn up to $230 a month. Job Summary :

Operates a variety of manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to: laser cutters, robotic welders, spot welders, and weld balancers (welding); CNC machining centers, tube benders, presses, and drill centers (machining); as well as piece-fed brake presses and stamping presses (fabrication). Essential Functions Required but not limited to: Performs routine equipment maintenance and safety checks. Loads, unloads, and positions materials using manual methods, hoists, cranes, or forklifts. Installs and aligns tools and fixtures using hand tools and precision instruments. Measures finished workpieces to ensure they meet specifications. Ensures accurate tagging and identification of materials before and after processing. Maintains a clean and organized work area. Achieves or exceeds production and quality standards for an 8-hour rate (documented on work order & process time allocated to the specific part).

Math & Measurement:

Able to perform basic math and accurately use precision measuring tools; understands blueprints and verifies parts per instructions.

Communication:

Communicates effectively with team members; maintains clear and legible written records.

Reasoning:

Applies common sense and follows written and verbal instructions accurately.

Physical Requirements:

Stands for long periods; frequently bends, lifts, or carries (up to 40 lbs.) Uses basic hand tools with dexterity. Has both near and distance visual acuity to inspect parts and operate machinery safely.

Work Environment:

This position operates in a typical factory setting that may be hot, loud, and fast-paced . Employees may be exposed to machinery noise, airborne particles, and industrial materials such as coolants, oils, and other manufacturing supplies . Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and must be worn as required. The role requires the ability to work safely and effectively in these conditions for extended periods.
